I am Unnimaya, a single independent mother in my late twenties, living with my infant daughter at Trivandrum. Some of you may know me as Maria. My story begins in 1996, born in Kochuveli, orphaned at the age of two, raised solely by my grandmother.

Through ups and downs, different jobs, different places, fending my self in ignorance, many a virtues and vice was learnt in pain and suffering. I grew up in an exploited adolescence, failing friendships to marriage. The aftermath left me with a choice to sustain my infant family all alone, and that’s where Hevanle Diner’s Delite dawned. It is a pre-owned food truck, awaiting to cater the hungry souls out there who are giving their best to save families.

Life taught me, ’tis to be free, the sublime joy one can aspire for this life and for the life to come’. As any young lady, I am a passionate individual biker constantly dreaming big, ardent to have my own venture And while I do not possess an extraordinary culinary arts yet for a Michelin star, it is my belief, in time, I shall be able to hone the necessary skillset to offer the peoples’ best. And with food having a delightful appeal to bring people together, I seek the help of passionate, enthusiast individuals and families and organizations across the world to support me as to your ability without jeopardizing your own pursuits of happiness .
